How do I do an IF with a range?

Hi,
I need to find in a range if I have a certain value (>100 and <200) I was
trying =IF(AND(D3:H3>100,D3:H3<200),"OK","Neg")
but it give me the error: #value!
How do I do this?

=IF(AND(sum(D3:H3)>=100,sum(D3:H3)<200),"OK","Neg")

Use Ctrl+Shift+Enter after pasting in formula bar.

=IF(FREQUENCY(D3:H3,{199,100}),"OK","Neg")
