How do I do save as?

I`m using word 2007. In 2005 version I could use "save as" to save a document
under the name I wanted. How do I do this in 2007? For example I teach music
in 8 schools and want to keep pupil records under school headings but be able
to see the pupil name as well. I`m not illiterate, but then I`m not a
computer whizz either.

Click the "pizza" button (aka the Office Button) and the option to Save-as
will appear....
