How do I double underline one word in a sentence?

A student I tutor is having problems with an assignment her instructor wanted
her to complete. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Assuming you are using Microsoft Word, highlight the
word you wish to double-underline with your cursor,
then right-click on the word and select Font > Underline Style
and click OK.
