How do I download 7000-9000 news groups I had in Outlook Express?

I used to have access to a great number of Newsgroups in Outlook Express.
How do I gain the same access under Outlook in the Vista Windows?

Outlook is not and never will be a news reader.
Use a news reader. The one that comes with Vista is called "Windows Mail."
