how do I download a MS Access XP template database?

I'm working on Access XP and I want to download a tempelate. How this could
be done?

and find a template that interest you. You may be greeted with this rather
unfriendly message:

Access 2003 was not found
To download and use this template, you need to have Microsoft Office Access
2003 installed on your computer. This program was not found on your computer.

However, often times a manual download is made available on the same page.

In addition, the file name will be a long number, rather than text. Save it
to a place where you can find it easily, or write it down as the save window
is up.
