How do I download a Powerpoint 2000 add-in with Powerpoint 2003?

I'm trying to download a Powerpoint 2000 add-in, but am currently using
Powerpoint 2003. After trying the download, I'm presented with a message
indicating that 2000 is not on my machine, and I need to install it prior to
completing the download.
