How do I download file from internet on

Dear Sir,

When I am dowloading file from the Internet, if the internet disconnected
half way the message come in the download load menu as "download completed"
but only few portion of the file only downloaded.

Please advice how to download file little by little whenever the connection
available, without downloading the file again from the scratch.

Also, if you are using and ISP that disconnects after a period of
inactivity, a long download can appear as an inactive period. There are
programs that simulate internet activity during a download so the ISP does
not disconnect. A Google search for: internet connection keeper - will
return some that may be of use to you.
