how do I download/install activex controls

I'm using Access 2003 and I can't seem to find a dropdown listbox control?
How can I install/download it or some other control that I can't find? Or
what is the dll file I need to look for in my hard drive? Please advice.

Dropdown listbox? Sounds to me like you mean a combo box, which is in the
Access toolbox.
