You cannot download Microsoft Office or PowerPoint. But you can download the
trial version which lasts for 60 days.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Office 2003 only supports Microsoft Windows 2000
with Service Pack 3 (SP3), Windows XP, or later.

Windows 98 SE supports PowerPoint Viewer 2003. You can download the viewer
instead to view PowerPoint files. But you will not be able to create or
modify ppt files. You can download the viewer here

if all you want to do is show a powerpoint you can save it as a
powerpoint show (.pps) in which case it will open and run on any
computer.

PowerPoint (program) has to be purchased. If you merely wish to view PPT
programs made by others you can download the free Viewer.
