Presumably you have Office 2003 installed elsewhere? So how did you install
it then?
And the term is INSTALL, not "download". To Download means to transfer data
from a remote computer or server, not from a local source such as a CD or
DVD.
Thanks for your reply. I transferred the program from my old PC with a crossover cable and PC Mover.

Thanks; unfortunately most of my original software was burned at an office fire over two years ago.
