There is Microsoft Office program available for free. I also don't know
what you mean by an "...office program with pdf...", unless you are
referring to Adobe Reader and that is for free. other then that you have
posted to a newsgroup about Microsoft Access a database software. The
Office newsgroup is a wee bit further down on the Microsoft interface page.

OMG... I meant there is *NO* version of Office available for free... Looks
