Why not just replace the drive? Pretty inexpensive, and no, you can't
download it from anywhere.

Try putting the disk in another computer and making a image of it using some
imaging software, such as iso recorder (reccomended by technet) then copy to
a flash drive and then run it off the flash drive using an archive software.
