HOW DO i DOWNLOAD XLS FILE SENT AS ATTACHMENT TO EMAIL

Tried to Download an xls attachment from one of my contacts. Got window "Do
you wish to Open/Save this file" clicked on Save but nothing happened. Also
tried "Open" still nothing happened.

Do you have Excel installed on your computer?

What email client are you running?

Did you right-click and "Save As" then browse to a folder to save it to?

What happens when you double-click on the attachment?

As usual, got "Do you wish to Open or Save this file. No virus found etc. NB I have been able to get attachments from this source in the past. Thanks for answer anyway
