How do I draw a chemical diagram (e.g. CH3 or H2O)?

Need to draw a structural chemical diagram, including chemicals branching off
the main chain. e.g. CH3 - The 3 needs to be smaller and down half a line.
For branches I need to draw a vertical line up from the "H" to attach
another CH3, for e.g. HELP!
