How do I draw a circle, centered on the end point of a line in Vis

I'm drawing the boundary lines for a block of land. The block is not square
and has numerous sides. The boundaries run off at obscure angles, for
obscure lengths, consequently the end points do not land on the grid in
Visio. At each corner point I wish to place a small circle centred at the
corner.

Whenever i draw a circle snapped at the vertice of the boundaries, it
doesn't centre the circle there and I end up with a circle centred the radius
distance away from my vertice.

I suspect you must be able to draw a circle in this manner....Can anyone
help me please ?

Have you looked at the "Sector - Graphical" master on the Drawing Tool
Shapes stencil in Visio Extras?
Also ensure that you have Glue to Shape Verices on in Tools / Snap & Glue
