How do I draw a plot plan in Visio?

I need to draw a plot plan in Visio. I thought there was a template, but I
cannot find it. Can anyone help me?

I mean an outline of the actual lot...measurements in feet and
inches...showing the location of a house, septic system, roads,etc. thanks.

Here's one technique that might be satisfactory: Essentially use the Move
Shapes add-on to precisely duplicated guide points, then dimension them
using dimension line shapes.

1. Start the "Move Shapes" Add-on: Tools > Add-ons > Visio Extras
2. Drag out a guide point (when the rulers are visible, drag from the
upper-left corner of the rulers onto the page.
3. Use the move add-on to precisely move/duplicate the guide points
according to your property description
4. Open the stencil: File > Shapes > Visio Extras > Dimensioning
Architectural.
5. Drag dimension lines on to the page and snap them to the guide points.
