How do I draw a Venn diagram?

I need to know how to draw the 2 interlocking circles with the top circle
transparent as to show the circle underneath.

What version of Word? This is one of the diagrams included in Word 2002 and
2003 (Insert Diagram or Organization Chart button on the Drawing toolbar).
