How do I draw cirles or lines with arrows at intervals?

I need to draw a diagram with ovals, circles and lines (dotted) with arrows
at regular intervals to show the flow.

Do you have Word? Look at the Drawing toolbar in 2003 or earlier, Or
Insert, Shapes in 2007.
