How do I edit and change words in a photo

I have a photo card in my pictures. I mispelled a word and would like to go
in and edit it. How would I do that.

I don't think so.

What is a photo card?

Any graphics editing application like MS Paint should do the job for you.

Use the application where you initially mis-spelled the word.
