How do I edit/delete task categories?

I am having trouble deleting Outlook categories and adding my own. I would
think this would be very, very simple. Why am I having such a problem?

What are you trying to do? You can edit the master category list - delete
the existing categories, add your own, and so on.

Note - since all your questions are about tasks, it would've been easier if
you'd posted them all in one message - #1, #2, #3.....
