How do I edit text in a scanned flyer

I have scanned a flyer from a vendor and want to change the pricing on the
flyer.
There must be a way I can delete and paste

Get a program such as Abbyy Fine Reader and scan your document with
that. It will allow you to edit it.

You need OCR software. If you have
MS Office 2003 you should have...
"Microsoft Office Document Imaging"

This will allow you to scan a document
and convert it to editable text.
