How do I edit the hyperlinks in a hyperlink task bar?

I'm new to Frontpage 2002 and would like to set up a web page with links.
Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

In a FP web use View Navigation to create a Nav view and in you pages use Insert Navigation
