how do I eliminate "operation cancelled because of restrictions"

Somehow my Outlook now won't let me go to links. I did not do anything (at
least on purpose) to cause this change. How do I get back to being able to go
to hyperlinks in email messages.

Try resetting your web browser. For example, in IE6, click Tools>Internet
Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
