How do I eliminate the confirmation msgs "You are about to delete ... "

I've developed forms with buttons that programmatically
insert or delete rows from specific tables. However,
before any change is made to the table, a pop-up window
comes up asking for confirmation on "You are about to
delete 1 records " or similar ...

is there anyway to eliminate those prompts so that the
changes to the tables are done automatically ?
