I submitted a resume to an online employment agency. They were unable to open
it and asked that I re-submit it in "ms word format." I doubt that I'm able
to but if I can can someone talk me through it please?

If not, I'll have to send it snail mail.

Hi - this isn't an Outlook question, and this is an Outlook newsgroup.

That said: if your Works app has the ability to save as a Word document type
(.doc), try that. Otherwise, see if you can find a friend who has Word.
