How do I email a single worksheet, not the entire workbook?

In Excel 2007 with Vista - how do you email one single worksheet and not send
the entire workbook?

Hi Sanlee !! :)

You could copy-move the worksheet that you want to
e-mail to a new workbook, delete all other worksheets and then mail this new
workbook which has only one worksheet !!

Hi Sanlee
this is accomplished by the print mode itself not Excel, under the heading
"print what"
