How do I email Access files?

I am no longer able to email files created in Microsoft Access. They appear
to be attached but can not be opened on the receiving end. The prompt says
that Outlook has blocked a potentially unsafe attachement.

See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm for ways to get the
attachments off.

For more information on the security features, see
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup.htm

If you use OE, hit forward on a message or disable it in tools | options |
security.

You can try zipping them. I would suggest that may be the best way.

It is not you that has the problem. What has happened is with the
latest updates Outlook has had its security settings set higher and since
Access files can have macros and VBA code that could hide virus type code,
it is trying to protect the user. The recipient should be able to reset
their security to allow reception.
