How do I email an excel document?

Using Windows Mail - but I dont think it makes a difference... In the old
version of Excel/Word - you could right click and hit send and then email the
excel or word file. In the 2007 version of office - this is not there. HOW DO
YOU EMAIL AN EXCEL OR WORD FILE IN OFFICE 2007????

Did you look at the commands when you click on the Office button in the
upper left corner?
