HOW DO I EMAIL MY CALENDAR TO ANOTHER PERSON WITH EMAIL

I am a newby to using the calendar for my appointments. I need to be able to
email my availabe / calendar to other pilots for flight operations.

how do i do that??

You can either use one of the calendar templates here:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print or export your calendar to
a .pst file and zip/email that. I think the Word calendar templates is the
better choise.
