How do I embed a MapPoint custom territory map into a Word Doc?

How do I embed a MS - MapPoint custom territory map into a Word Doc? I've
tried to embed a map into a Word doc so that a colleague that does not have
MapPoint may view the territory map that I created. I clicked on the
MapPoint icon on my Word Toolbar, and it does not give you a choice on which
MapPoint file I want to embed. Instead, it inserts a plain US Map. That's
not what I'm trying to do ... any help here? Thanks in advance.

In MapPoint, copy the map to the clipboard then go to Word and Paste it into
the document.

FWIW, I find that the quality one gets from MapPoint that way is pretty
terrible. What works best for me is to "print" the map from MapPoint to
SnagIt, edit as required in SnagIt and save as a GIF or JPEG, then use
Insert | Picture | From File to insert in Word.
