How do i enable all 1,00,000+ rows in excel 2007

Excel 2007 as more than 1,00,000 rows, but in our organisation setup i see
only 65536 rows. How do i enable the remaining.

.... and then close the file, and then reopen it.

You can change the default file format in Office button > Excel options,
category Save. This may or may not be reset by your organisation on next
logon.
