how do i enable task manager?

upon trying to access task manager by using the ctrl+alt+delete, i receive a
message saying "task manager has been disabled by the administrator." how
can i change the disable to enable? I am the administrator!

Ask in a Windows newsgroup. This is a newsgroup for Microsoft Access
desktop database app.
