How do I enforce an admin install point?

(Sorry. I'm sure this has been asked before, but I wasn't able to find what
I was look for.)

I've set up a new AIP for my organization and have tested it on a couple of
client PCs. But how do I make sure that these PCs ONLY go to the AIP for
updates?
