How do I enlarge the cursor or make it easier to find?

I'm visually impaired, I have a lot of wholes in my field of vision and, if
I look away from the text while editing a document, I have a difficult time
relocating my place (the flashing cursor).

Change the screen resolution in Windows, or increase the zoom
ratio in Word.
