How do I enlarge the view of text on screen?

When I installed XP Professional on my laptop computer, every view has
shrunk. Icons on my toolbars are so small i can barely make them out. Font
sizes in Outlook and web pages have shrunk to 6 pt or less. I have gone into
Outlook and my display properties setup and manually enlarged everything, but
still get small fonts.

Descrease the Windows resolution of your desktop.
