How do I enter rows to repeat on sheet tab?

I get an error message when I enter rows 123456 in the rows to repeat at top
box.

Enter it like this:
$1:$6
.... to indicate rows 1 thru 6.

I do my best not to type this in that box.

I'll just use the mouse and point at the rows I want to repeat at top. I'll let
excel figure out how to enter the value.

The easy way is to select the row or rows you want, and that will fill in
the dialogue box for you.

but it adds pages. instead of 17 pages only, it adds to 34.
