HOW DO I ENTER A LOOK UP FORMULA IN EXCEL FOR REPEATED NUMBERS IN A COLUMN

First off, click your Caps Lock off... text in all caps is considered
SHOUTING and is harder to read.

Now, can you explain in more detail what it is you are trying to accomplish
(what data do you have, what are you looking for in it)... I can think of 3
completely different ways to interpret what you might want from what you
wrote in your original message.
