How do I export an excel workbook that is embedded in a powerpoin.

How do I export an excel workbook (to save as an excel standalone file) that
is embedded in a powerpoint slide.

Right click on the embedded spreadsheet and select Action Settings. Select
Object Action, change to Open.
Run the slideshow and click on the spreadsheet. When Excel opens with the
spreadsheet, click on File, Save copy as.

1. Select the Workbook shape.
2. Right-click on it, Worksheet object | Open.
