How do I export e-mail and contact addresses to a folder or disc .

Hi, I am using Microsoft Office 3000, and Outlook, I have to make a complete
re-install of my operating system Windows XP Proffessional.
I need to save all my folders and e-mails and all my contacts to a Folder
or Disc outside Outlook, to be able to re-intall them later.
Any good ideas?

Hi SLIM,
the most important file is the pst file. It includes your mails and
contacts.
Burn this (and other files) file on a cd.
If you want to save more settings, follow this link to see which files are
important in Outlook.

Wow! You must be from the future, because Microsoft's most recent release
in this time line is Office 2003.
