How do I export e-mail and contact addresses to a folder or disc .

Hi, I am using Microsoft Office 3000, and Outlook, I have to make a complete
re-install of my operating system Windows XP Proffessional.
I need to save all my folders and e-mails and all my contacts to a Folder
or Disc outside Outlook, to be able to re-intall them later.
Any good ideas?

Export whole Mailbox using File - Export and Import wizard. Then you have new
..pst -file which you can copy or move anywhere (when you Outlook is closed)

No. Just copy the original PST. Why export it first?
