how do I export file to make it uneditable to viewers? Meaning thay cannot
open it in Powerpoint again.

If you just want to stop people editing it then set a modify password in
tools > options>security and save

Be aware that the password encrytption is "very basic" and wont defeat
"experts" will will stop most people modifying the file

Not Free but not expensive and a very good answer to your situation is
the Secure Pack program. Seems like I'm pushing this a lot lately but
it is what you need to control your presentation. Password to open or
to edit or how many time it will run etc.
