How do I export from an old Outlook addressbook to Outlook expres

I want to export the addressbook from Outlook on an old computer to Outlook
Express on a new computer. How do I do this?

Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]

There is no address book in Outlook. You would need to export your Contacts
Folder to a format OE can import. I've never used OE. See what it supports.
I suspect it can import CSV files.
