how do i export MS Visio 2003 UML diagram in xmi format

I have the same problem. I am using MS Visio 2003 on Windows2000. Copied the
xmiexprt.dll to the visio11\dll dir but cannot see it in Tools>Add-ons menu
as suggested. The paths in the visio options are correct. The macro security
is set to medium (even tried low). Nothing really works. Has it really worked
for anyone?
