how do i export or publish infopath forms to html files

I have a form that I created in InfoPath, however the submit button
disappears when i try to export it to mhtml, so I was wondering if it's
possible to export it to a standard html file instead of a Single File Web
Page, without loosing the fields of the form itself.

how do i export or publish infopath forms to html files
