How do I export pst file from outlook 2000 to outlook 2003?

I have just upgraded from outlook 2000 to 2003. I have then imported my pst
file into 2003 and contacts, sent items, ect are all okay but not inbox.
Inbox now only contains approx 20% of emails recieved and showsnone recieved
over the past 12 months. What am I doing wrong?

You are importing. You have no need to change file formats. Accordingly, you
have no need to import.
You simply need to migrate your Outlook data using the information provided
in Outlook's Help files:
