How do I export specific Calendar items from Outlook to Word/Exce.

How do I export specific Calendar items from Outlook to either a Word/Excel
file?
The emphasis is on specific only, not all calendar items.

I reckon your best bet is to create a new calendar, copy
the items you want into the new calenday, and export that
whole calendar using the import/export wizard...
