I contacted the Microsoft customer support.
I stated: I want to implement risk mathematics that is not supported by
Excel. Can I write an application that couples with Excel, for example
written in VC++ or C#, that provides the additional mathematical
functionality?
For example if I can write an application that couples with Excel, the users
can enter all types of data in Excel, the relevant data is accessed by the
application to perform mathematical calculations that can not be performed by
Excel, and the end result data is placed in Excel.
