How do I extract firstname when mass emailing using Bcc?

Hello!
I am a newbie at outlook and would appreciate it if someone could tell me if
it's possible to extract the first names of recipients when mass emailing
using Bcc?

Sounds like you want to tailor a mass mailing message. You need to use Word
mailmerge for that.
