How do I filter 1 worksheet, 1 column of 65000 rows against a second
worksheet of 30 columns,65000 rows?...PLEASE help mE!

You need to use the Vlookup function insert>function

do a vlookup between a common field in both worksheets. Copy the formula the length of both spreadsheets, then copy paste values. Then filter on each spreadsheet in the vlookup column for #n/a. The lines with that result are not on the other sheet.
