How do I filter out duplicate values in Excel 2000?

1) Highlight the range that has the duplicates (include the heading).
2) Data>Filter>Advanced Filter
3) Select the 'Copy to another location' button
4) Check the 'Unique records only' box
5) Select a 'Copy to:' starting cell
6) Hit 'OK'

Make sure the list has a header, select it, do data>filter>advanced filter,
check unique records only and copy to another location, select the location
and click OK
